Larry DeCrona

After Mr. DeCrona was honorably discharged from the Air Force, he attended CalPoly University and has a degree in Business Administration. He began his career in real estate management and marketing in 1973 and specialized in residential and commercial income producing properties. Mr. DeCrona has acted as Owner/General Partner in the acquisition, development or management of over $22,000,000 in real estate projects.

Ron Bruneck

Mr. Bruneck began his career in Real Estate and Property Management in 1974. During his 15 years in property management, he was responsible for managing a real estate portfolio consisting of over 2500 residential units and numerous commercial properties. Mr. Bruneck attended USC and has a degree in Business Administration. He assisted in the exchange of over $25 million in investment properties.

With their combined experience in real estate development and property management, they are able to see the property from the property management perspective.
