Ron Bruneck - President

Mr. Bruneck began his career in real estate sales and property management in 1974. During his 15 years in property management, he was responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of over 2,500 residential units and numerous commercial properties. He obtained his real estate broker's license in 1976, owned and managed Lanco Property Management until 1989.

He started CDS Maintenance which later became Superior Property Services in 1994. Mr. Bruneck attended the University of Southern California, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and was a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Larry DeCrona and Mr. Bruneck have worked together for 30 years and in 1994 became partners to form Superior Property Services, Inc.

Mr. DeCrona was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force after a tour of duty in Vietnam. He attended Mt. San Antonio College and Cal Poly Pomona where he obtained a degree in Business Administration. He began his career in real estate in 1973 and specialized in residential and commercial income producing properties and holds a General Contractors license.

Mr. DeCrona retired as President in January, 2014 and assumed the role of President Emeritus. He served as President of Superior Property Services, Inc. for 18 years. He looks forward to spending more time with his wife, children and grandchildren, as well as traveling and volunteering at his church. He will continue to work on special projects for Superior and retain an ownership interest and member of the Board of Directors.

Nancy Hernandez - Vice President of Operations

Ms. Hernandez has become a very responsive and knowledgeable manager due to her 20 years of experience in all aspects of the maintenance business. She directly oversees the office staff and indirectly is responsible for employee schedules and accounts receivables. Ms. Hernandez is bilingual and received a Business degree from Orange Coast College.

Chris has grown up with Superior and has worked in all phases of the company. He has worked as a janitor, graffiti abatement technician, data entry, pressure washer and Crew leader. He now is responsible for supervising our graffiti abatement crews and client relations. Chris understands the importance of maintaining SUPERIOR's high standards of service and quality of work. Chris attended Santiago Community College and Woodbury University studying Business Administration and Criminal Justice. Chris has a passion for soccer, enjoys music and working out.

Francisco Cuenca - Vice President of Operations

Since 1991, Mr. Cuenca has shown his versatility by taking on any job necessary. He has worked on our paint crews and became our key supervisor overseeing all of our graffiti abatement crews. Mr. Cuenca was instrumental in developing and implementing our Quality Assurance program. His knowledge with our Los Angeles County graffiti contracts and the areas they service has been particularly valuable in marketing and promoting SUPERIOR. Mr. Cuenca's responsibilities now include marketing and operations of all our contracts and reports directly to our Director of Operations.

Rosalinda Equihua - Vice President of Operations

Ms. Equihua is experienced in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations. Miss Equihua coordinates and processes work orders, directs employee routing and data entry. She is currently attending Santa Ana College working towards a degree in business. Rosalinda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as visiting Disneyland.
